Payment and Policy

  • A minimum of $500 is due at the time of registration. The remainder of the tuition is due by May 31, 2011. If withdrawal of a participant is sought prior to July 3rd, 60% of the total registration payment will be refunded, minus a non-refundable $50 registration fee and a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after July 3rd except under the limited circumstances provided in paragraph 2.
  • If a child must be withdrawn from Camp for medical reasons that render the child unable to participate successfully in the Camp, a pro-rated refund may — in the discretion of China Institute — be issued upon submission of a note signed by the child’s physician explaining the medical circumstances requiring withdrawal.

The School of Chinese Studies has been chartered since 1944 by the University of the State of New York. The School admits students without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, or ethnic or national origin.
